An outstanding professional.
An outstanding professional. Communication is fabulous. I highly regard Sophie and her team. Aswell as Emails she actually gets on the phone and gets the job done. From memorandum of sale to completion took 5 weeks. In my books thats worth every penny. A local company with local people who understand complex transactions. Thank you.

Amazing
Such amazing experience with Sophie and Amy from start to finish. The made the whole process of buying and selling our property a breeze. No question was ever to daft for them and they would always support with paper work if needed. We had weekly updates, which put my mind at ease. They were worth every penny. They was amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Job done!
It possibly took a little longer than usual there being a lethargic housing association involved with the sale of our Dad's bungalow, but overall Pepperells were always there on the end of the phone to move things along to completion.

Average service
Solicitor / assistant rarely available to speak when in phoned. Sometimes difficult to get in touch with them. Needed to chase up a fair bit. Could do with explaining things a little more plainly and over the phone.

House sale and purchase

Only adequate service
Used this firm from a recommendation from Lovelle as they are only a few doors down so any issues could be quickly dealt with. However there have been several small issues such as not attaching documents to emails, asking for forms which had already been completed & taken in, & asking for a stamp duty form to be completed twice when this was not applicable. Not a very reassuring experience. Luckily the sale & purchase went through relatively smoothly in the end.
