Able to provide clear instructions and explanations for any questions I had as a first time buyer. Always made sure that my side (buyer) was leading the push, never dragged on any paperwork or emails, and always chased the seller promptly. Couldn't have asked for better, best part of the house buying experience. 5/5

Excellent, would highly recommend
Carol was great, she kept us regularly informed, answered all our questions and explained things very clearly. She was also very quick to complete our remortgage so we didn’t have to pay any additional fees!

Great Service!
