I initially instructed Paul Reay in order to gain more contact with my son. This was now a number of years ago and therefore in that time I have got to know Paul extremely well. As well as being a specialist in children law, Paul is someone who I easily connected with on a human level. Paul has extremely good knowledge and a deep understanding of the law, including Parental Alienation, which was crucial for my case. Prior to instructing Paul, my relationship with my son was hanging in the balance, yet having secured a significant increase in time with my son, things have all changed. Highly recommend
I had a consultation with McAlister Family Law when I was engaged with another reputable law firm after the situation escalated significantly. During the initial consultation, Agata Napora and Paul Reay came up with a list of things that have to be done immediately in order to prevent the worst outcome. The complicated law matters were explained clearly from the beginning, even though I did not know the process. Paul was really honest, confident and proactive, which made me feel like I was the winner of the case already. Paul and Agata took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process stress-free. In just a week, we got the maximum result that I could only have wished for a week ago.

Strong, focused, and effective legal support.
I had the pleasure of working with Paul Reay on a case involving a child arrangement order, and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. Paul was instrumental in getting the key point of our case agreed upon, and when we went before the judge, we were able to step out confidently, leaving the judge to simply order in our favour.
Throughout the process, the other side attempted to derail proceedings with petty and unnecessary points, but Paul handled them swiftly and decisively. He was fair, composed, and respectful, yet he dominated the room when it mattered most. His calm authority and strategic approach gave me real confidence, and I was truly grateful to have him on my side.

Highly recommend
I’m really glad that I was put in contact with Paul, as from my first phone call he went above and beyond. He talked me through the options I had available in a calm manner, making sure that I could understand the process fully. He took the time to answer all my questions and really helped relieve the stress of an uncertain and difficult situation. He gave me clear advice and worked on a solution that was suitable for my situation as it developed. It was reassuring to know he was a phone call away when I needed legal advice. Outstanding Team
Had to bring in Paul and Aggy in my CAO where mother and her legal representatives were so difficult and unreasonable. Lots of false allegations made by mother during our divorce- including r*pe and child abuse. 80 weeks of exhilarating legal proceedings! Paul and Aggy helped me navigate the situation and final hearing ruled in my favour.
