Taylor, Leah and the rest of the TMM team gave an excellent service in relation to the sale of our property, they were efficient and professional throughout the process. They responded to any queries quickly and resolved any issues the same. The only reason there is a star missing is for the Movinme portal not being updated and unclear instruction on how to edit any submitted forms, as far as I could tell, overwise it was easy to use - I would recommend PCS legal to friends and family

Taylor Mynard has been the best solicitors I have used, and I have used many over the years. I was not very happy with previous PCS Legal conveyancers but Taylor proved absolutely professional, cooperative and dealt with all complications efficiently. Will definetely use again in any future property deals.

Whilst the sale took far too long due to agents.... Taylor and his team were excellent. They really did empathise with me and done everyhting they could to push things forward and kept me updated at all stages. Would not hestiiate to workwith them again...

Absolutely deserving of 5 stars. A huge thank you to Taylor, Leah, and the whole team. They were always available with lightning-fast replies and consistently supportive throughout a stressful process.

After a last-minute flat sale fell through, the team gave me the reassurance and stability I needed to successfully complete on an alternative property. PCS legal and the team were great. Excellent communication and signposting from start to finish. Whenever I had a question they were prompt to explain it to me so I always felt informed. I had a really good customer journey and their prices were very reasonable. Well worth the service. Taylor Maynard & Leah really looked after me and made the whole process enjoyable.
