We used Oliver & Co for the first time in 2020 during lockdown and had a great experience given the circumstances. We used them again in May 2025 and received the same great experience.
Moving house and completely new location
with small children is certainly a stressful situation but Oliver & Co did everything they could to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible and supported the dates we so desperately needed for family reasons.
Tay & Tracy were so patient, kind and understanding. Tay in particularly broke down the process so clearly to me whenever I had concerns or queries. I was so impressed with her knowledge.

This is the second time we have used Oliver & Co, and as before they provided an excellent service. We mostly had dealings with Tay who was professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond in every stage, making everything clear to us throughout, meaning we never felt confused. Tay was kind and patient, with a lot of patience required for those of us less technology-savvy!

We felt supported along the way, with responses to our enquiries being received early in the morning and late in the evening, some days.

Would highly recommend Oliver & Co for a reassuring, stress-free service that definitely felt easier with them being the ones behind us.

Really appreciated the support of Tracy and Tay when buying my first home. The app has been very useful, and I have appreciated timely feedback via email which was my preferred method of contact. As first time buyers we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team at Oliver & Co were on it from start to finish and were fantastic throughout. A special mention for Tay Whelan who is an absolute credit to the business. No request was was too much to ask and she was so responsive to all our questions.
