Outstanding conveyancing services
I have completed house move into a new build having sold my previous property though a chain sale. Mark Feely and Lauren managed my purchase and sale processes, and it was a remarkable outcome for me to align the builders demands on exchange and completion dates of sale along side managing the chain proceedings with buyers failing or pulling out of sale. We are now happy moving into our dream home and appreciate the outstanding professional work demonstrated by the team throughout the move.

Lauren was amazin
Lauren was instructed in my flat sale and later instructed for my house purchase.
The sale of my flat was very stressful due to the other party being difficult but Lauren supported us through out with clear guidance . I never had to wait longer than an hour for Lauren to respond to me and was refreshing how she spoke to me like a normal human being!
I will be sad to say goodbye to Lauren when I complete on our house in a few days time!
