Excellent service, personal and friendly
Harfitts were fantastic - they handled our house sale and conveyancing together, and we couldn’t have hoped for a friendlier personal service. We dealt with a small team, and they were all familiar with our account. Very approachable and accessible, quickly responsive to all queries and questions, all with friendliness and professionalism. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - in a world of seemingly faceless corporate organisations, Harfitts have retained approachable and friendly face to face service, with all the same efficiency and professionalism. Many many thanks.

Property boundary issue and subsequent disposal
Professionally dealt with the boundary issue with the land registry to enable the disposal of the property - drawn out process due to personal circumstances concerning the property owner passing away mid transaction but at all times communication lines were kept open and ultimately the disposal was completed.

First Class
We chose Paul F. Harfitt & Co to do the conveyancing on a family house we were selling because they were local to us and we had used them before for other legal matters. Alexandra (ably assisted by Carol) was assigned to the work and we found her to be very professional and accessible for what turned out to be a somewhat challenging conveyance. We really felt that she was working with us to get the best outcome as soon as possible.

Sale of my home
After not hearing back from solicitors I approached in Shrewsbury I chose to Google if there was a solicitor in Wem. There I discovered Harfitts solicitors and property agents.
I vivited Wem, I found them very friendly and explained what I needed to know. I heard back without any problems and my proprty has been sold with no issues regarding the solicitor. The only issue was with Britannia sending the redemption statement for my mortgage. The solicitor worked hard to get the sale completed on time, despite Britannia saying they would send the statement and not sending it. I was impressed with how hard the solicitor worked to get everything completed.

Very thorough
A combined house sale and solicitor / conveyance company works really well. Everyone is kept in the loop and communication is kept to a minimum. Would recommend.
