Property purchase

Excellent conveyancing service (first time buyers)
We recently completed the purchase of our first property with Emily Maskrey (from Ronald Fletcher Baker) undertaking the conveyancing.
Simply put, Emily provided a fantastic service.
Importantly, she was extremely responsive and gave us regular updates as the purchase progressed. She took the time to explain legal wording and concepts in clear language, and was always professional and friendly. She was very proactive in chasing up the sellers' solicitors to keep things moving. As she was local to us, we were also able to arrange an in person meeting where she could witness signing documents and discuss aspects of our purchase face to face, which we found reassuring.

Buying our first property
It was our first experience buying a property and everything that comes with it. Emily Maskrey went above and beyond for us ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible and that all timelines were met.
