Conveyancing Services
My sister and I recently completed the assent and transfer of my late mother's property and were very happy with the services provided by Claire Bell and her team. House Purchase
I have just used Claire Bell for the second time and, once again, she has provided an excellent service. The first time was for a house sale and this time for a house purchase and, in both cases, her and her team always kept me informed of what was going on and I always had completely confidence in her. She always returned my calls promptly and it was never any trouble if I wanted to go in and see her. It is really comforting to have the personal touch and know that the person providing the service knows exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be using her service again in the future.

Excellent Solicitor
Claire Bell at Pellys has recently completed the Transfer of my fathers property. To make sure we completed before the increased Stamp Duty deadline, she and her team went above and beyond to complete the transaction. She was extremely professional as well as very friendly and informative and we are very grateful.

Pelly’s conveyancing team
Very happy with Claire Bell and the team despite pressures caused by new stamp duty rules and charges coming into force 1st April 2025.
Claire is a great leader of the team and her professionalism shines through when it really matters. Claire is dogged and focuses on detail and leaves no stone unturned. She is so good at knowing when to push the other side, which paid dividends for me.
I thoroughly recommend her to be your conveyancing solicitor.

A brilliant service and wonderful staff

House purchase made easy
Claire Bell and her team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me and my partner buy our first home. From initial conversations to completion, she and the team have always been on hand and going the extra mile to help us complete in a very short period against a challenging time pressure. Claire went above and beyond at every step, making sure that every element of the purchase went smoothly and her attention to detail has been extraordinarily helpful. I know she was buys during this time, but she always made time to answer questions and help manage the complicated the process. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service
We recently sold our house and we used Claire Bell as our solicitor (Biggleswade Branch) and we cannot praise Claire and her fantastic team (Bev, Sarah & Michelle) highly enough.
My daughter had previously used Claire to represent her when she purchased her house, and recommended Claire to us.
