FTB house purchase in another county
A truly outstanding experience from beginning to end! Having come immediately from a long and drawn-out purchase failure on a previous property caused by our solicitor's incompetence, David's expert handling of our case was exemplary. It felt, at all points, that he had our best interests at heart and never once delayed in responding nor replied with short or cursory messages. When we had confusion around some search results and surveyor recommendations, his legal insight was delivered both with clarity and understanding of our position as FTBs.
It is true that this service is more expensive than some providers in the Didsbury/Heatons area but it is absolutely and completely justified by the standard of practice provided. It truly was fantastic throughout and we are immensely happy with David's skill in bringing our purchase to a successful completion!

Time sensitive documentation
I felt every confidence in dealing with David. He was fantastic in helping me to complete a time sensitive matter. He was professional, courteous and ensured me that he would get this completed in the timeframe given. He delivered on that promise efficiently, minimising stress and ensuring that I was informed throughout the process.

Conveyancing with ease
We recently had David from Clifford Johnson act for us during the sale of our house. Despite us living abroad David assisted the sale proceeding with ease, answering all our questions promptly, and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend David.

Exceptional solicitor service
David was recommended to us and I am so glad to have met him. He has helped with buying a house last year and selling a flat this year. The process for both of these was smooth, efficient and accurate. David is meticulous with his work and he made sure there were no delays, which was exactly what I needed. David OLdham was my assigned solicitor , I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family, he made the whole experience pain free, always available, replied to e mails promptly .

Excellent, Stress-Free Conveyancing for First-Time Buyer
As a first-time buyer, I had many questions and uncertainties, but my solicitor made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout. Every stage from reviewing the contract to exchanging and completing was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Reliable, quick responding, helpful end to end experience
Really pleased with the experience I had with Clifford Johnston and with David Oldham. He replied straight away, cared about helping me through the process, was very straight forward to deal with, and supported me in the process of having to change the house I purchased.
