We were assigned Charlotte for our home sale, very efficient, however, follow up could be better.
I would expect our solicitor to introduce herself at the start of the house buying process, explain the process and what is required of us as first time buyers but there was nothing.
We had to keep ringing their office to find out what happens next which was another struggle as we always never get connected with her.
Overall, she is very efficient in her job but as first time buyer, I wish we could be more supported throughout the process considering we paid for her soliciting services and did not get it for free.

Great experience

Quick and efficient
I used Ison Harrison for my sale and purchase. I have a very pushy buyer as they wanted to get their purchase through before the stamp duty increase. Charlotte and the team did everything they could to get the sale over the line in record time for my buyer. The only downside is the forms were sent via email with the expectation that I were to print them off and send them back at my own expense. I've got access to a printer, but if you don't then I could imagine it being a bit frustrating to pay for a solicitor, then have to print and pay for your own postage on top.

Highly recommend
Charlotte remained helpful and professional throughout the sale and purchase of our properties. Communication was always fast, detailed and she worked on a lot behind the scenes that did not need to involve us. We had a tricky completion day due to extenuating circumstances out of anyone’s control, but Charlotte handled this well and was helpful in resolving the issue.

Moving house
Charlotte and the team dealt with both our house sale and new home purchase. Communication was mainly by email which was clear. The portal to complete at the beginning was very time consuming and would benefit from a guide as there were sections that required researching prior to completing and it would be beneficial to know all the documents and information required so that you had it on hand at the start.
