I could go on endlessly about Muzzam Chughtai’s unprofessional, unsympathetic, and money-driven approach to his clients, but I’m sure it would fall on deaf ears, as most solicitors aren’t much better. When I first reached out to him, he assured me that he would do his best to assist with my case. After handling the initial appeal and collecting his fee, he recommended a barrister—seemingly just to extract more money from me. He then advised me to reach out again in the future, which I did, following his instructions exactly. Despite numerous attempts via email and phone, I received no response until Omar finally revealed their true nature. . I genuinely wonder how these people sleep at night—it’s beyond me.
