The team at McQueen Turner did a fantastic job relating to the sale of my house and purchase of a bungalow. They were for example very quick off the mark in obtaining searches and needed to do this a number of times as various intended purchases collapsed and I needed to start all over again. As with my previous experiences with McQueen Turner relating to other matters (Will, Probate, Trusts etc.) they were always quick to act and got things right first time.
Their lead solicitor and the rest of her team always responded to phone calls and kept me informed of what was going on. They are very competent, approachable and easy to deal with and I had great confidence in them that they know what they’re doing.

Feedback on the sale of my property, and the purchase of a property
The whole process was straightforward thanks to Alexa and her team who were personable, reassuring, and meticulous in answering a myriad of questions and explaining them succincty and swiftly. They kept the momentum going and chased responses from third parties, continually updating me on matters without ever the need to chase. They were kind, sincere and unflappable. They are competitively priced and at least £300 cheaper than their rivals. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service
Alexa and Karen provided an excellent service, providing clear information, keeping everyone up to date promptly, and returning calls etc speedily. They dealt with a couple of tricky situations by de-escalating tensions and keeping everyone calm. Very professional all round.

Professional, friendly and efficient service
We recently used McQueen Turner to deal with the will and estate of our late Mum as well as the sale of her property.

Sale of my fathers house
My fathers house needed to be cleared and sold to pay for his care home fees. Alexa was suggested to me by my brother-in -law. She was helpful and clear all the way through the process. The thing that frustrated me was the length of time it seemed to take from start to finish, although I guess this was mostly down to the system.
As a family we are very pleased with the outcome
