We dealt with Tinsdilla a couple of times last year. My mum was dying and wanted to sort out her wishes herself. Which the solicitors were brilliant about. Mum was treated with much respect and thought by Emma Marrow. Something that I will always be grateful for.
During this time we had the house up for sale and we dealt with Andrew Burrows, Andrew was great. The house was due to sell just as mum was taken into the Dougie Mac. The purchasers were amazing and wanted us to take whatever time we needed, they would have been happy to wait for us. This was arranged by both of the solicitors should we have needed it. It was a very sad time for us and mum lost her battle 5 days before completion. We wanted to go ahead so that we were following her last wish to make sure Dad would be ok. Andrew and his team were amazing, they dealt with everything smoothly without any unnessecary calls. Tinsdills without a doubt made those last few months much easier for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We contacted Tinsdills to get our Wills in place and cannot recommend them enough. Emma Marrow is very professional, very knowledgeable but also nice and friendly too. She puts you at ease when talking about sensitive and depressing circumstances.

Changing a Will
The solicitor provided an efficient and professional service. She listened patiently to a number of my concerns and gave me friendly advice and reassurance. I felt clear about what I was committing myself to and its importance. The execution of proceedings was quickly done.

Seamless Transition of Solicitor
We have used Tinsdills for some years and until recently this has been with Peter Hamilton. Circumstances change now meant that we have needed to deal with Emma Marrow. We were apprehensive that personality, approachability would be very different. Our fears were totally unfounded. Emma has proved to be every bit the female version of Peter for which we are eternally grateful.
