Anne led the public sector real estate team at DAC Beachcroft LLP (now DACB), concentrating on advising and supporting public sector clients, primarily NHS bodies, bringing to her public sector clients her experience of wider commercial and agricultural property work for commercial clients, ranging from major development work to the acquisition and disposal of properties for national retail chains. Key projects included advising a leading NHS teaching hospital Trust on a £10 million pound construction project in conjunction with a university, the transfer of over 300 residences to a registered social landlord from an NHS Trust for hospital staff and key worker accommodation, as well as the securitisation of £17 million pounds' worth of reprovided Learning Disability accommodation in conjunction with the affordable housing sector. As well as being heavily involved nationally in the NHS surplus property PPP, and handling over two-thirds of projects under the NHS Agenda for Change Transforming Community Services programme deemed by virtue of their value and size to be 'significant' by the Foundation Trust Regulator, Anne has spent time on secondment at NHS England supporting their learning disability accommodation grant funding programme.
