I am a solicitor and have practised exclusively in family law since 2003. I aim to empower my clients to make informed decisions to move forward positively. I work with a range of people, including high-net-worth individuals, business and land owners, and working professionals, or their spouse. I also act for third parties who have an interest in financial remedy proceedings, such as trustees of a relevant trust. Specialisms include divorce and associated financial matters, property disputes for unmarried couples, resolving the arrangements for children, drafting nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and I am also regularly instructed by Deputies on family law matters when looking after the interests of individuals lacking mental capacity. I am a member of Resolution - an organisation for family lawyers who are keen to promote a constructive approach to family law issues.
