Personal guidance through probate

Updating of will
I asked Tamsyn for advice on updating my Will in anticipation of my marriage. My circumstances have changed substantially and Tamsyn provided excellent advice on setting up a Life Trust for my adult children. Tamsyn was patient with my detailed questions and answered them all.

Probate matters
Tamsyn was quick and efficient at dealing with probate for us. I would recommend her and her advice helped with an overpayment on IHT that we would not have been aware of.

Probate services
Tamsyn ward handled all work in obtaining probate for my late mother’s estate as I reside out of the country and trying to do it myself would have been difficult and problematic. The process was handled professionally and quickly at a time of grieving.
