Stay on top of your case yourself
Make sure you continually chase them for updates, to make sure they are prioritising you and not someone else. Also, question everything so you get all the info otherwise you’ll be hit with providing lots more unexpected documents at the 11th hour which is really stressful.

Thank you for your review - we are really sorry you feel disappointed with the service, though we note you were satisfied with the outcome. Having reviewed your file we note your mortgage offer was received on 31/03 and your matter completed on the 8th May. Your matter from the point of offer was completed in a 28 working day turnaround. We note you state we requested further documentation towards the end of the matter, all documentation was requested at the beginning of the matter and we were not in receipt. We have to request this documentation for completion. We can see from the matter that you were responded to 99% of the time same day, the rest of the time the next day. From the start of your matter the largest gap of no action was three days, with action on the matter almost every day. We are sorry you were disappointed but in this case, we are not entirely sure what more we could of done. If you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
