Focussed, professional, and really came through for us.
We recently completed on our first home. After a few delays on the seller's side it was looking like we weren't going to complete before the massive stamp duty hike on 31/03/25. Roxanne and the whole team at Labrums kept on the case, collaborating swiftly and efficiently with all necessary parties (with our permission). We got the keys on the 31st March and are very happy in our new home!

Conveyancing
Roxanne was our solicitor for the sale of our house - twice, the first time of which the sale fell through just before exchange. She provided an excellent service: professional, good communication and expert. As this was a house sale resulting from a separation it was a particularly stressful time and Roxanne’s counsel throughout was very appreciated.

Sound advice
Roxanne was very professional and thorough whilst advising me. The appointment was valuable in that it changed my initial approach to one which avoided conflict and accordingly legal fees.
Booking the appointment with Labrums was done online and there was an initial contact from one of the staff prior to firming up the appointment.
