Kate and Emily were amazing from the initial phone call to completion. Kate set out the different types of wills and how the process works. Kate and Emily were so friendly and welcoming. There was no overload of jargon. They explained everything in simple language that was easy to follow. Their communication was great and anything that needed to be checked they got back to me very quickly. The whole process was so easy and hassle free - there was no pressure to have answers or make decisions. All the staff there were lovely and friendly when I arrived. Amazing experience with them and would recommend.

Administration of Estate

Flawless experience

Making wills and LPA
Kate has been very patient listening to our wishes and understanding the intent behind them. She has given us clear and detailed advice which has been very helpful in the actual writing of the wills and LPAs. We have also appreciated her patience during the process as we have taken our time to think about things and have had a bereavement part way through, which has slowed down the process.

Making a Will
The service received from Kate was very professional and excellent. She explained the process and clarified any questions I had. Clear advice which was easy to understand.
The whole process was thorough and exceptional high level of service was given. Kate is friendly and approachable and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Excellent Service
We have just completed our first will with Johnson Astills Solicitors and was assigned Kate Pettit as our solicitor, cannot thank Kate enough for making us feel at home straight away. From our introduction meeting where we talked though all our plans and wishes all the way to the end Kate was extremely informative, from translating all the legal jargon into plain English to explaining all the clauses which go to make up the will. In between face to face meetings Kate set up teams calls so that we could discuss everything as the documents were put together and any amendments made. Cannot recommend Kate and Johnson Astills highly enough.
