House purchase
My process of buying a house was long and slow due to other parts of the chains however sills and betteridge kept me sane and positive throughout the process. Faye was helpful, proactive, always responded to my emails efficiently and took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand. I am so glad we picked this company as our solicitors. The other companies were part of the problem in this process but I can honestly say the Faye lead the chain and ensured everyone was doing what they should have been. Faye was polite, and chatty and an easy to communicate with. I have used your services before and I would definitely use your services again.

Faye (and Fiona) have been absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Faye is super responsive, extremely diligent and also a lovely person. At every stage of the way I have felt like she has been on my side and not just there to do her job. Dealing with a tricky situation, and a slightly less than conventional transaction, Faye has really been the one person to take the stress out of the property purchase.
And to boot, I was pleasantly surprised at the bill when it arrived. Worth every penny!

Selling of my mothers estate
I had to sell my mothers estate and it was quite a emotional time for me. I have been with sills and bettering for coming onto 2 years as they helped me deal with the estate first hand then I was passed on to Faye and Fiona who helped me deal with the sale. I cant fault them one bit they helped me immensely emotionally aswell as with the house sales by doing research for me answering any queries I had and dealt with the matter as promptly as they could there was constant updates from Faye which put my mind at ease. And paperwork was dealt with straight away all while helping with other matters I came across which I may not of understood or was uncertain of in my time of grieving. I wouldn't use anyone else sills and betteridge are a great firm with some great legal services and the most empathetic people who truly do there best for you. Would recommend 100%. If your struggling with wills probate or selling a house. I have even been passed on to decent accountants who have made life much easier for me. They've been truly a blessing to deal with

Easy and stress less conveyancing
I cannot believe review Sill and Betteridge as a company, only the experience I had through Faye Wilson.
She has explained everything clearly that has legally needed to be understood. She has responded to queries quickly and where something has needed further explanation has been able to discuss by phone. There has been no waiting days for responses, as previously experienced.
I have moved 3 times over the past 10 years and it has been so stressful and the process of buying has seemed so complicated - Faye has busted this myth!

Amazing
From the beginning of our process to the end sills and betteridge and in particular Fiona and Faye were amazing. They both were so helpful and the communication was outstanding. Never had to wait long for a response at all.
