I have recently moved ourselves and my parents to new houses. The move was to ensure that my parents who are elderly were closer to us.
The timing of the transactions was important to us in order for us to maximise the support that we could give to my parents during the move. Pauline and her team understood the requirements and gave us fabulous support though out the process. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Pauline to anyone.

Sale of house in Lalebrick Road
Absolutely outstanding service as always from Wolferstans Plymstock . The team led by Barry & Pauline kept us in touch with the progress of the sale all the way through which made us at ease.
We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local solicitor to use Wolferstans.

Over a long process (. days!) never showed impatience with me.
Efficient staff always cheerful and if anyone was absent the covering person was equally quick to help.

Conveyancing
I chose Wolferstans in Plymstock because they are local to where I live.
Most of the process was carried out using their App which was quite easy to navigate. Both Pauline and Barry kept me fully informed as to what was happening during the process and resulted in a satisfactory completion.

Exceptional service
Kevin and I chose Wolferstons when selling our house as we had used them before when writing wills and were pleased.

No need to worry....
Last time we moved house was 32 years ago so things have changed somewhat. Navigating the sale and purchase through the Wolferstans app was initially daunting and I'm not sure it would suit everyone. However, it helps speed the process through rather than resort to emails and telephone calls. Overall a good experience considering how out of touch we were with modern day conveyancing.
