Liza is a Solicitor based in the Gillingham branch within the Litigation Department. What Liza says: I specialise in contentious probate matters, guiding clients through complex and often emotionally charged disputes involving wills, estates, and inheritance claims. My expertise includes but is not limited to challenges to the validity of wills, defending claims against estates, executor and trustee disputes, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. With a focus on resolving disputes efficiently and sensitively, I work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to help navigate these difficult situations with confidence Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, travelling as much as I can, and have also been known to jump out of, or stand on the top of a plane for charity.
