Everyone I came into contact with from start to finish was extremely polite and courteous. Owing to the nature of claim it went on for quite some time so I would only be contacted when an update was due or information from myself required. This meant months would go by when I had little to no contact from anyone which left me feeling in the dark slightly. All things considered I am very satisfied with outcome and was generally a stress free and nice experience dealing with HOL.

Excellent service
I contacted House of Law after Ihad been involved in a road traffic accident. I had been recommended by a friend. Adrian was responsive and informative about the process of claiming. Adrian handled everything and made the process clear along the way.
After complications arose from the other side, this was handled by House of Law promptly.
Although it took some time for the final settlement to be reached, I was very happy with the outcome.
