House sale
It was easy to deal with due to the online portal with which most communication and documents could be shared via. The office is in a great location.

Sale of Property
The sale process from start to finish has been first class. Victoria kept us informed every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. Both Victoria and Rachael have dealt with our sale in a professional and approachable manner. The process has taken only 7 weeks from start to exchange, which highlights their great communication skills and the efficient and proactive way they work, ensuring a positive outcome for their clients. The online app is also a great asset to the company and really easy to use. We will certainly recommend Bell, Lamb and Joynson to friends and family who are looking for any legal process. We will also be returning to you again, when we eventually sell our other rental property in the future, along with any further purchases. Once again thank you for making our journey so seamless.

The process has run as smoothly as I could have hoped for. I felt a little out of the loop on occasion, but I am not of a pushy nature and put my trust in that things were ticking along as needed. Although whenever I submitted an enquiry, both Rachael and Victoria responded in a timely manner, for which I was very grateful.

Good (but don't assume client knows process & timescales)
A very online / app approach (may well be typical these days) but very pleasant and available when I needed to call to clarify matters. As an uninformed client selling a property I could have done with at least a weekly update when nothing seemed to be happening. Even if nothing to report, it would have eased my probably unnecessary concerns on lack of progress on the sale.
