Good (but don't assume client knows process & timescales)
A very online / app approach (may well be typical these days) but very pleasant and available when I needed to call to clarify matters. As an uninformed client selling a property I could have done with at least a weekly update when nothing seemed to be happening. Even if nothing to report, it would have eased my probably unnecessary concerns on lack of progress on the sale.

Great service yet again
BLJ … what can we say. Used them for our last property transaction in 2020 and decided to use them again more recently.
Great app, easy to use, good functionality and seemingly proactive & engaged conveyancers and solicitors.
We dealt with Sam & Tiffany last time … really smooth and good experience. This time, with Rachael & Victoria, was good from a solicitor perspective (less smooth but largely due to factors outside of our control).
Pays not to be cheap when it comes to something like this; don't go with the cheapest go with a medium between reasonable price and good reviews.
Minus a star for Victoria's telephone manner which could really do some work; cutting us off, putting us on hold mid-sentence, speaking to us like we're (perhaps we are in this arena, property law not being our wheelhouse and all the rest of it).
No complaints other than that.

Outstanding service
From the beginning of the selling process Rachael was excellent, so efficient, helpful and something I particularly valued is the speed in which she replied to any enquiries. The same is true for Victoria. She always kept me informed and questions were so immediate. I really am grateful.

Would recommend!
It's been over 30 years since we've been involved in selling a house & this time it was complicated by my acting as executor for my aunt. I've been most impressed by the way everything has been dealt with & how Victoria & Rachael simplified the process. If we were local, we would definitely have used you again!
