Assistance with Trust and Tax issues
My sister and I (trustee's) were faced with the daunting task of trying to resolve a number of legal and tax issues with our nephews trust fund. Despite this taking over a year to resolve, due in the main to HMRC delays in responding we have now finalised all matters satisfactorily. I found Hannah and the team to be most professional and helpful at all times, and really value the service and advice they provided. Re-seal of foreign Grant of Probate and Estate Tax issues
