Careless Driving Case
My experience was made as swift as possible by my solicitor Jamie. Given never being in the situation I found it all quite daunting. However Jamie explained step by step all I needed to know and advised me at each stage.

Service Review for Jamie Simner
Jamie has been exceptional throughout ny investigation with the IOPC. Whilst the investigation has taken time he has always provided timely updates whenever he has received them. Jamie has also gone above and beyond to chase the IOPC when they have not adhered to timelines given for their updates. Jamie has also made sure to provide excellent support for me throughout this investigation which has included making time to go through more complex wording and to reassure me regarding next steps. I have been extremely impressed with Jamie throughout my investigation and I would thoroughly recommend him and the firm in the future!

Interview and arrest

Under investigation
Being arrested and interviewed was the worse experience of my life. However Jamie’s support was amazing. He was always there when I needed him and offered help and support making the process easier for me. He was very knowledgeable friendly and approachable.

Malicious Allegation.
A malicious allegation of assault was made against me which subsequently resulted in my arrest and suspension from a career spanning 25 years. The last 22 months have been a living nightmare, taking their toll both mentally and physically.
I was found not guilty and I hope now I can start to rebuild my life from what has been a very traumatic experience.
