Charles was my solicitor for the purchase of my first home. He was professional, helpful and responsive throughout the process, even though it ended being a bit more complicated that we both anticipated. Tenacity wins.
My experience involved selling a bungalow and purchasing a retirement apartment. The bungalow sale went through very quickly and without a hitch, the retirement apartment, however, took 9 months. All through that time Charles was a pleasure to deal with, he was always courteous, professional and had fantastic communication skills. Every time I became a bit down hearted he would explain the process and that these types of purchases can take a while. He was always quick to answer my emails and his tenaciousness, I’m sure, is what lead to the final completion.
I am very grateful to Charles and would recommend him and his company every time.

A long process
I supported my 88 year old mother with her house sale and purchase. With no fault by anyone it took a long time. Throughout this process we were assisted by Charles Ling of Ronald Fletcher Baker.I could not have been happier with the experience.He was very professional, keeping me informed all the way, and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand.He was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had.
During the transition we faced a few unexpected challenges, Charles handled them with ease.
The service was efficient and I appreciated their transparency on regarding fees.
Overall I highly recommend Ronald Fletcher Baker for anyone looking to buying and seeing a property . They made the process smooth and stress free. I would give them a five star rating!

Fantastic service

I have bought and sold a few properties and without doubt this sale was the best experience to date. It was a pleasure to correspond with Charles he is quick to respond, polite, efficient, and generally an obliging person, he made the whole process feel that we were in safe professional hands. The paperwork is the job least enjoyed however, it certainly did not feel like a chore and for that alone we thank him.
