The process took alot longer than expected partly because the communication was non existent they would just email masses of paperwork with no explanation of what to do or why

A positive experience
Professional and efficient from start to finish. Both Leigh and her assistant Ellie were helpful and accessible with good communication, keeping us updated with emails and phone calls. The client portal was easy to access and user friendly. This company feels fresh and forward thinking and not at all like some of the old fashioned, stuffy solicitors I've been involved with previously. We would most definitely use and recommend Ison Harrison again. Thank you.

Conveyancing
Recently used for buying and selling our house, struggled to get in touch with them when asking for updates, kept asking for documents after a deposit was moved from my account to my mums for saving, even after providing bank statements for money leaving and coming back in for mine and mums account, eventually charged us a ‘gifted deposit’ fee of £100 (I was not told there would be a charge for this). Was told to find out a lot of information ourselves and in the end just corresponded to our buyers/sellers via WhatsApp as quicker and easier than dealing with these. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this company

House purchase
Leigh was amazing from start to finish, documents were sent promptly, communication was consistent and clear and she was always available to answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Leigh has a friendly, approachable yet professional manner. Our transaction went smoothly and we would highly recommend.

Helpful & friendly
I can’t thank Leigh and Ellie enough for, they were both fabulous dealing with our sale and purchase. The transaction included an equity release mortgage and buying a repossession too, these complications were dealt with well and explained.
Leigh & Ellie answered the phone whenever I called (which was lots). They were both warm, friendly and understanding, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Couldn’t do enough
As a first time buyer, I went into the purchase of my home overwhelmed and clueless. Leigh was great at putting my mind at ease and keeping in constant contact. I felt a part of the entire process and was in my home before I knew it.

Straight forward process
I found Leigh to be clear and supportive and the process for me has been straight forward. The online portal has been useful, especially in the begining when I had to submit the required evidence.
