Carol has worked in conveyancing for over 40 years and is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. She has dealt with most residential matters over the years including sales, purchases of both houses and flats. Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity and all aspects of mortgages. Having lived in the local area all her life she has a large amount of local knowledge which helps ensure a smooth conveyancing process. Carol has a strong client base with clients requesting her time and time again to deal with their conveyancing needs. She has also built a close working relationship with local estate agents and surveyors and with other local solicitors.
