Sarah has been a dedicated professional in Residential Conveyancing since 1999, joining Thomas Flavell & Sons in 2014. In 2015, Sarah played a key role in the successful launch of our Leamington Spa office, where she is now based as a Conveyancing Operations Manager. With extensive experience across all aspects of Conveyancing - including transfers of equity, re-mortgages, sales, purchases, new leases, and lease extensions - Sarah ensures that every client receives a professional, efficient, and friendly service. She is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate what can be a stressful process, putting them at ease every step of the way. Sarah is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. Her supervisor is Jamie Connolly, Director and Solicitor at the firm. Outside of her busy legal career, Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends. She is a talented cake maker and decorator, enjoys cycling, reading, and is a keen amateur photographer.

Noel McNicholas was very impressive in understanding what was required to reach a settlement in a family property matter that required sensitive handling. Sarah Workham and her trainee Harriet Lawson made light work of handling the conveyancing to the deadline. Overally completely satisfied, with the service which was clearly and reasonably costed. The speed of response was unusual in my experience and made a great difference to my confidence in the whole process. I would certainly recommend.

Massive thank you to Sarah and Harriet for the conveyancing on our house purchase and sale. It ended up challenging on both fronts but Sarah and Harriet really did a great job of pushing things through and making sure everything was ready for exchange (much more than the solicitors on the other sides were doing!). I honestly think that if we'd had a poor or even a mediocre solicitor on our side we could still be waiting to move or the deal would have completely fallen through. Worth every penny and probably worth more than we paid!

Our whole experience was good from start to finish, the app for uploading all documents worked well and if we needed support for anything, or had any concerns or questions they were quick to answer emails or the phone. We used TFS after a recommendation from our friends who also had a difficult purchase and we would and have recommended them to our friends as well.

I have no hesitation recommending Thomas Flavell & Sons for conveyancing. Sarah previously acted for a family member on their property purchase and the service I received on my own sale and purchase was excellent. Sarah and Harriet always replied promptly to any questions or queries and were very helpful and understanding when my intended purchase could not go ahead. When I found another property, they worked quickly to make sure I could align my purchase with my sale to complete at the same time. Any issues were dealt with quickly and on the occasions when I needed to contact them by phone they were very easy to speak to and put my mind at rest with advice on the best way forward.
