House Sale

Sills & Betteridge were recommended to us by our son, who lives locally in Lincoln and even though we lived many miles away in Windsor, Berkshire everything was handled by email, post & telephone, so it was never an issue. They were extremely efficient, friendly and very helpful with our house sale and clearly explained any legal terminology that we needed explained. Truly Exceptional Service

This was the third time our family have used Sills and Betteridge for conveyancing (two sales, one purchase). On all these occasions the service has been truly exceptional. Of particular note is their responsiveness and timely communication. The sale of our son's leasehold flat in London had a number of challenges and the advice and support provided by Ed Sharpe and his team was absolutely first class.

Edward Sharpe and his team at Sills & Betteridge were phenomenal in handling my recent property purchase, as a first time buyer. They came recommended by a close friend (who has used them a few times) and it's safe to say that they exceeded my expectations.

It was clear in my transaction that some of the other parties involved were lightyears away from the level of competence and expertise that Ed and his team demonstrated. I would not hesitate to use them again.
