Clear, helpful and no unnecessary complicated paperwork
My first and hopefully only involvement in traffic offences and from initial response to my inquiry for “what do I do ?” all the way through to the resolution of my case - I found the entire team supportive, understanding of the unfamiliarity or the sequence of events that would unfold and what choices I had.
No hard sell or fear tactics to secure services - just plain english and grown up advice to give clarity where neeeed and certainty where it was possible.

Phenomenal!
I thought I was going to lose my license. Without going into too much detail, I was accused of 4 speeding offenses within very short succession which could have meant 12 points and game over. This would’ve been an absolute disaster for me and my family as I live in a rural area and have an extremely busy work and family life. From the first point of contact with Shaun to right now when I have just received the final update from Kris, the service has been caring, efficient and reassuring. The incredible end result was Kris managing to get the entire thing dismissed on the day of trial - with no plea, no points and no fine. I am incredibly impressed and, though it wasn’t the cheapest quote I received at the start of this horrid experience, it was certainly worth worth every penny!

A good experience in unfortunate circumstances
Kris was amazing throughout the full process, he kept me up to date with what he was working on in the background and it is very obvious he wants the best outcome for his clients. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of your situation, which mattered to me the most as I have found other solicitors not to be. He took time to explain things to me when I didn’t understand and never made me feel bad for not knowing. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Road traffic offence
I was charged with dangerous driving and contacted Scullion Law to represent me in court.
I have no experience of the court system and was very concerned. Chris Buchanan eased my anxiety during my initial interview with him. He assured me that he could get the charge reduced to careless driving and I would not be banned from driving. He represented me at court where the charge was reduced to careless driving. I received penalty points and a small fine. I am very grateful for all he did for me.

Definitely 5 star service
Came to Kris thinking we were in a no win situation, odds were very much against us but were absolutely over the moon with the result. He totally exceeded our expectations and the knowledge and experience totally speaks for itself. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hopefully never need him again but if I did he would be my first port of call !

Amazing
After a lot of research I decided on Kris at Scullion Law when I found myself in a sticky motoring situation. I wasn’t very confident of what the outcome would be but was absolutely blown away by the knowledge and experience Kris displayed throughout and he not only saved my driving licence but probably also my job. Would not hesitate to recommend Kris as the whole service was nothing short of first class !

Couldn’t have went better
When I first got my citation I couldn’t stop worrying about it, but from the first moment I spoke to Kris he explained the situation perfectly and what could be done. Communication was perfect throughout the whole case. Kris also managed to get the perfect outcome for the situation, I have no doubt if I had went anywhere else it could have been so much different. Top class!
