I found the experience very professional.
Both Natalie And Kate were available to talk to and explained things clearly.
My emails were responded to quickly and I was updated and reassured about the progress of the sale.
On the day of completion things were finalised quickly and smoothly and I was informed of each step in the process .

Sarcastic and unhelpful
I found natalie owens very sarcastic - on numerous occaisions i requested clarification only to be emailed back with’ ive already sent you this’
I found Docusign which is used awkward and difficult to process and her explanations not at all helpful !
Her sarcasm ‘ if you cant use docusign go to a solicitors near you so you can sign the documents in an office !
I would definitely not reccommend this firm

Conveyancing for house sale
Completed in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Natalie was also helpful at translating some of the terminology into more “user-friendly”
language!

Wonderful and responsive!
We were first time buyers and went into the process fairly cautiously. We were conscious of how long it can be and how hard it can be to get responses. This couldn’t have been further from the case for us. Natalie Owens was absolutely fantastic. She was on it with all the enquiries and would always get back to us on the same day. Excellent experience and I’d really recommend her and Amity Law.
