Highly recommend
At the time I was purchasing my property the expected time for completion was four months. However I expressed my desire to complete before the end of March. I knew this wasn't going to be easy, but I was told they would do their best. They did more than that as from instruction date to completion was less than six weeks. Amazing. Well done Fraser Dawbarns.

Declaration of Trust
Required a legal document to be drawn up for part ownership of a house. Iain recommended a declaration of trust which he drew up and actioned. All went through with no problems, excellent.
