Great experience with conveyancing
We used Bannister Preston as conveyancers for both our sale and purchase of a new property. We were asssigned Nick Earp who was pleasant, experienced and very sensible and reassuring throughout the process. He was responsive and accessible which was appreciated when navigating the inevitable unexpected hiccups that can occur with and sale/purchase. This was the second time we've used Bannister Preston and we've been very happy with the experience both times. They are not necessarily the cheapest but legal advice is not something I'd ever choose a budget option for, you get what you pay for!

Sale of mother in law's bungalow in Sale
Nick Earp has handled the sale of my mother in law's house brilliantly. He has been amazingly efficient; kept us completely up to date, been very approachable, and incredibly professional in handling a complicated matter sensitively.
We cannot praise his work ethic highly enough. His response times were incredibly fast. I have to say he is without doubt the most efficient solicitor I have ever dealt with, by a few country miles!!

Fantastic service
From the first call, Nick showed himself to be an excellent communicator and followed it up by demonstrating that he is also an excellent conveyor. He did everything correctly and quickly, and his for questions and speed of response have been seconds to none. He has done two projects for us now in the last few months and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him to do any others we might have in the future. An unusually positive experience when dealing with solicitors. Why can’t they all be like that?

Excellent professional service
My conveyancer, Nick Earp provided an excellent professional service during the recent purchase of my new home. Nick was courteous and prompt in responding to my queries. He provided clear information and advice and kept me informed of the next step in the buying process. It was reassuring to have someone so competent to manage the buying process. I couldn't be happier with his professional service and would highly recommend.

Perfect experience with Nick Earp from Bannister Preston
We have had a great experience with Bannister Preston when buying our first home. Nick was always quick to reply to emails, very professional and overall incredibly helpful in answering our queries. He kept us up-to-date with every step in the process and was very knowledgeable. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions for which Nick always provided thorough and clear answers. Would 100% recommend Nick and the Bannister Preston team! We will certainly be recommending them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great service and conveyancing
We were really impressed with the service provided by Nick our conveyancer, who was proactive, patient and offered very clear and detailed advice at each step of the process. Nick was always happy and willing to take calls and responded to emails very promptly. Even when the sale of our property fell through, Nick was supportive and professional - did not chase fees - and was on-board to continue once we found another buyer. We would definitely use this service again.

Great communication and friendly
They kept me well informed about everything that happened, they replied straight away and were open to answer all questions without hesitation. We weren't even aware of how much work was going on in the background because they were very efficient and smooth with their work.

Nick Earp - Senior Conveyancer
Conveyancers sometimes get a poor reputation as being slow and unresponsive. Nick is the complete opposite - whenever we had a question or asked for an update, we received a response within minutes. I’d thoroughly recommend him to anyone

If you want as little stress as possible, get Nick Earp!
We began proceeds to purchase a house towards the end of 2024. Nick was right there with us guiding us through the whole process. He was super proactive with chasing the vendors solicitors when they went quiet. Even when the sellers let us down and pulled the sale after we were through the searches and surveys, Nick was right back with us when we found another property. He really took away the worry about sections going stagnant and always kept us updated and proactively chased for everything needed.
We will absolutely be returning to use Nick with our next purchase.
