Sale of property
Great efficient service from Kerry and Debbie. A pleasure to deal with. I could easily get hold of Kerry and she came up with good solutions to some of the buyers solicitors requests. Buying and selling property is stressful but Kerry made the legal process smooth and I would highly recommend her.

A fantastic service
From first contact through to completion Coodes have offered a thoroughly professional service. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our solicitor Kerry could not have been more efficient, she kept us up to date at all times, patiently explained everything as we went along and impressed us with her attention to detail. I could not recommend her more and will definitely be using her again in the future.

Purchase of first home
