Great service
Lucy was absolutely fantastic, she was very thorough and explained things clearly. She made what was a stressful time a little less stressful. She always replied to our emails and phone calls quickly and kept us up to date on the progress of our sale and purchase. Sale of deceased mothers property
I hadn't used Vincent Sykes Solicitors before but was recommended by the Estate Agent who we put the property on the market with. From the initial conversation to the final completion I have been extremely pleased with the service that was provided, that being professional, personal and approachable. Incredible
I bought my first house and had no idea what I was doing, but Lucy was amazing, answering all my questions, being very quick and efficient with all the documentation. Very quick at responding to my emails and phone calls too. Big shout to the other staff who helped when Lucy was on annual leave. Highly recommend Vincent Sykes. Thank you :)

Handled the legal aspect in helping me buy a house
I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor everything was handled with care and efficiency. I could ask any question i wanted without fear of it being viewed as dumb or obvious. Every time I sent an email I got a response that fast it was honestly mind blowing.
I couldn't recommend lucy and this law firm enough i don't have a single negative comment to make this is by far the best solicitor and law firm i have had the pleasure of dealing with.
