Excellent estate agent services
From the first interaction through to the sale, Karis has been professional throughout, providing a first class service. Communication was regular and consistent and when I was starting to worry about the sale she provided great advice, said not to change anything yet, and the property sold two days later. This is the fifth property sold through Maloco in the last 30 years, I wouldn't use anyone else.

First experience selling and buying
I can’t recommend Maloco Mowat Parker enough. Our experience has been incredibly straight forward and stress-free from when Keiran attended our house to carry out the valuation to accepting our offer that Karis done a fantastic job in ensuring we got the best offer for our house. Karis is fantastic at what she does and extremely friendly and helpful, she was able to put me at ease throughout and I felt like she genuinely care about making sure we had a successful sale through the firm and was proactive with ensuring our selected solicitor was updated to help us be in best position for offering on the house we wanted to purchase. I would absolutely use the firm again and would be delighted to have Karis as our negotiator, she was fab.

House Sale
Excellent service from the team at MMP..
They done everything required and we managed to sell the house within a day..
Would recommend them and would definitely use them again..
