He is an organised individual who pays great attention to detail in each case. He has over 5 years of high-level knowledge and experience in Immigration & Asylum. He deals with all types of Immigration matters and uses his expertise in merging individuals’ cases within the Immigration Rules, outside the Immigration Rules predominantly based on Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights, Private and Family life in UK. In particular, Tahir has extensive experience in the following areas of Law: He has particular experience in appealing incorrect or irrational decisions made by Entry Clearance officers or the SSHD. He has excellent proficiency in preparing bundles for tribunal hearings and liaising with counsel during the appeal process. In addition to his knowledge within Immigration he is also an active member of our Business Development and Wills team. He is a committed, ambitious and determined individual who likes a challenge.
