I was actually referred to Clare at Blacks through my mortgage advisor. I was happy to go with their recommendation as I trusted my advisor. It was also nice that they had a good relationship as it meant they could liaise with each other well throughout the process. I have heard a lot of people moan about their solicitors during their buying and selling process but I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Clare was very knowledgeable and always replied to me very quickly. She put up with me contacting her regularly to get her to help explain things to me and to chase everyone throughout my sale and purchase. I am very happy with the level of service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a good solicitor. Thank you again for all your help.

I used Blacks solicitor for an SPV BTL purchase through Fleet Mortgages. I work in the mortgage industry and can tell a good conveyancer from bad. Blacks and Claire Brattan were excellent from start to finish, and very reasonably priced. I've since referred 2 clients to Blacks for a similar service. I highly recommend and will be using again.

Amazing company to do business with , communication was 100% all the way through my purchase .
we got delayed by the sellers changing solicitors half way through the purchase but Blacks and especially Clare Bratten kept me fully informed all the way through and pushed the sale through as quickly as possible . I cant not recommend this company enough and will be using them on my next purchase. It's hard to find decent solicitors these days but I've found them, Clare and Natalie are great, always respond quickly and get matters done straight away.
