Excellent solicitor. I have used Samuel Philipps back in 2013 and again this year for the staircasing and sale of a shared ownership property. Helen Griffiths and Sophie Miller have both been very professional considering this wasn’t a straight forward sale or purchase. Will definitely use again in the future.

Fantastic conveyancing solicitor.
Sophie Miller was an absolute credit to Hay and Kilner. She was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful throughout our remortgage process.
Sophie was efficient and fast at responding and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Excellent from start to finish - a standout professional.
Sophie Miller acted on our behalf in relation to the purchase of our new property - Sophie was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. She was professional, efficient and incredibly responsive to our queries. Sophie kept us updated throughout the process, no matter how small the update and pushed the chain where appropriate and really led on the transaction. Fantastic service
Sophie and Hay and kilner have provided a fantastic service in helping sell a property. They have made a very stressful sale (due to various other factors) as pain free as possible. Could not recommend Sophie or the form highly enough

Buying first home
Sophie was a pleasure to deal with since we were put in touch with Samuel Phillips. She kept us updated at each stage of the process and was always a phone call away if we were unsure on legal jargon or processes. Outstanding from start to finish
Sophie has been excellent throughout, kept me up to date and always friendly, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.
She was the one part of our house move that was stress free and would highly recommend her.
If we ever need a solicitor in the future I wouldn’t hesitate in asking Sophie to represent us.

Hi everyone, l am first time buyer, property and l was very worried about a honest solicitor. I didn’t even know l did need one in in order to buyer a house you will need to have a solicitor to buy on your behalf, so they can do all the checks for you. And l didn’t know any reliable, honest solicitor. Because l never need one. So l google most experience solicitor with great reviews. I just want to saying to anyone who needs a solicitor l throughly recommended Sophie Miller!! from Samuel Philips Law.
She’s absolutely efficient and reliable person l even meet.
And we know how harder it’s to find a great efficient and reliable solicitor.
