Accident

Excellent and friendly service
We as a family first met Steve following a family member being involved in a serious accident. An initial meeting was set-up at our convenience and Steve arrived promptly. He was welcoming and very easy to talk to from the start which was exactly what was needed at the time. Contact going forward was arranged, again to suit us, nothing was an issue to him as long as we were happy.
All in all, at an awful time for us, Steve was very caring and at all times of contact his first question was to ask how everyone was.
Excellent service, would highly recommend to anyone.

The Right Choice
Steven Santy was recommended to me by a friend. I found him to be very helpful and communicative through the whole process. Road traffic accident
I was recommend to use HIGGs LLP and Steve santy for my case. I couldn't speak higher of Steve with the way he handled my case, was very professional helped me clearly understand what was going on and kept me up to date at every point. I Couldn't recommend Steve and his team more highly.

Motorbike accident
Was recommended to use higgs by my dad. At first I went through Laura, who then went on maternity leave. My case was then picked up by Steven who assured me he would do everything he can to get a great result. I am happy with my result and had all my queries answered straight away in a way I understood.

Brilliant and professional service during a difficult time.
My father was hit by a car and seriously injured. Higgs LLP and Steve Santy, successfully completed a claim on my father’s and my family’s behalf, against the drivers insurance company.
The service we received from Higgs LLP was excellent, Steve is a consummate professional and provided support and advice throughout the case and during my father’s journey to recovery. Higgs LLP also provided a case advisor to ensure that my father received all the necessary medical support possible to aid his recovery. Both Steve and the case advisor were extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout the process.
Queries were always answered clearly and promptly. My fathers claim has now been settled, we are very happy to recommend Higgs LLP.
