House move
Fantastic experience with ADK law (Lorna). Very professional and attentive. Would highly recommend using this solicitors. Moving house is stressful but with ADK law it was a breeze with the services they provided.

Lorna Speakman excellent help
When my dedicated solicitor (Saba Khan) left in the middle of the purchasing process (excusably to get married) I was concerned about the smooth transition with her successor. But, Lorna Speakman, was an upgrade. What a delight- I was utterly delighted by her level of customer service, her swift replies

Selling my house
Lorna was the lady who looked after the selling of my mothers house following probate. She was superb. All questions and queries were responded to within 5 minutes. All communications to her were acknowledged even if a repsonse was not required. I was more than surprised by the service as I had understood that solicitors can be somewhat tardy in progressing the conveyancing. There was no evidence of any tardiness here. Also the cost was half that which I was quoted by local conveyancing firms or solicitors and I would certainly recommend the firm. I am trying to sell my own house but with some difficulty, and will certainly use them for this when I have a buyer.

Good
She was helpful and quick to respond. The down side was as a first time home buyer we needed more clarification and explanation for each stage and the terminology.

Great responsive service
Lorna Speakman at ADK Solicitors was responsive and was adept at communicating in a timely fashion. I engaged the firm even though they were based on the other side of the UK and distance never became an issue. I researched rates and they were highly competitive.
