My experience with Gilson Gray is two fold.
Initially, I was assigned to three different conveyancers and getting hold of them were hard as everyone had ever said. I have no idea why I was passed around.
However on my fourth conveyancer Sadia, she steered the case in the right direction with regular updates and prompt callbacks.

Joanne was fantastic, it’s so refreshing to be able to speak directly to a person when having conveyancing done. Buying and selling houses almost always hit snags and issues, Joanne was always quick and willing to find the solution and clearly explain for all parties making the process far more efficient and pain free. Highly recommend.

Disgusting attitude towards disabled people my son has autism and selective mutism,he cannot speak over the phone they made no reasonable adjustments at all it’s bad enough that my son lost his dad and grandparents in just over a year they have made what was a very difficult situation to begin with a lot worse,no care no compassion no thoughts for disability this company is absolutely a disgrace
