When it was clear I was divorcing, I naively didn't have a clue about what I was entitled to or what I wanted. Tina helped to guide me with a level-head and armed with legal knowledge. It was worth every penny to talk things through with her, set goals and work out how to achieve them. My divorce dragged out over a long time, with Tina being involved as much or as little as I wanted. I felt like I had an ally in a not very nice situation and she was honest and open with me and realistic. I am very thankful my friend (who had a far more complicated divorce involving children) put me in touch with her.

It was a very hard to work out whether to get a solicitor and who would be the right person. I spoke to a few by email but none of them spoke to me on the phone before being engaged and Tina generously gave me 15 minutes of her time to see if I thought I did need hers or another solicitor's help.

Having failed to reach an agreement on division of assets (following separation/divorce) after several mediation sessions and breakdown of communication, Victoria’s support and expertise was instrumental in negotiating an agreement through correspondence with my ex-wife‘s family lawyer. Advice and correspondence was very sound and efficient, meaning that the process was wrapped up as quickly as it could be while reaching the best deal possible.
