We engaged Barcan+Kirby to act on our sale of house and purchase of flat. Gabrielle Artess and her team were a thoughtful and ever-present support in a conveyancing process that, through no fault of her, became increasingly tangled. She stepped in to sort out the messes of others. Above all, she was always available, and always picked up the phone, always answered the emails by return. They aren't the cheapest firm, but you get what you pay for and we saw, with others in the conveyancing transactions, the consequence of inadequate legal work.
