So we sold our house in Dec 2023 and moved Aug 2025 (probate issues in the chain not related to PM Law).
During that time Wendy Andrews was outstanding at keeping us informed in the end I found a different house and we moved in 9 weeks! Wendy and team were amazing and moved at pace to get us in. Would highly recommend Wendy if you’re considering a conveyancing firm

Very good conveyancing service

PM Law managed the sale of my house and the purchse of my new flat, Jenni Richards managed the sale and Bimpe Gureje managed the puchase. I was very satisfied with the service received from the both lawyers.

In particular, Bimpe's service was exemplary, I received excellent timely advice and she also managed to complete the purchase ahead of the 01/04/2025 stamp duty increase saving me a significant amount of money.

A Hard Case - And We Did It

We presented a challenging case in many ways - losing our first buyer and onward purchase at a relatively late stage and needing to replace both, working to a tight deadline for completion date, a property with several non-standard aspects that we were selling.

But Wendy and the team did a great job for us, and worked very hard to get the transaction over the line. They went above and beyond, and we'll always be grateful. We're delighted to be in the new home. Thank you!!

I have had the best experience using Proddow Mackay. I have had to sell my mum and dad’s flat to help pay for my mum’s nursing home fees. We have had buyers drop out and buyer’s buyers drop out but the team persevered and helped me through it all. After 19 months the completion happened today. I used Proddow Mackay for both sale and Purchase and they were nothing short of excellent. Samantha and her assistant Aniko are always polite and kept me updated all the way, with anything more challenging were happy to arrange an appointment for me to meet them in office and help. Overall they made the process very smooth and I couldn't recommend them enough.
