Flat sale. 32, College Gardens, Brighton

This was a sale to a property investor, who was also a cash buyer and keen for a number of reasons, to complete the sale quickly.
There there are tenants in place, it was a bit more complicated than usual, but Rebecca Rushby, who handled the sale, was always in contact with us, sorted any problems with the selling agents and the buyers solicitor.
The sale went through quickly, and without any hitches.
Really happy with the whole experience, of what could have been stressful especially considering time pressures.

Property purchase

We recently used Johnsons Solicitors for the legal work involved in purchasing our property. They came highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. Specifically, we were advised to work with Mohammed Imran, and it was Ikram Ahmed who handled most of our case. They were incredibly helpful, taking calls and even responding to emails about our transaction after hours on several occasions. The team got everything done on time, and we had no issues throughout the process. Highly recommend their services!
