Kulbir Rahi brought clarity and direction to what had, before her involvement, become an onerous and unwieldy situation. My case has been ongoing for over ten years, since Aadil took over, he has worked so hard it is nearing the conclusion.
In every situation that arises, he would discuss it with me, explore options available to us, give his opinion about what he thinks is the best option going forward, but he would leave it to me to make the final decision.
Whenever I call him, he is always there for me, if not available immediately he would call me back.
I would describe Mr Aadil Khan as honest, transparent with a human touch.
